After meeting his wife, they moved to Sacramento in 1989 and saw an opportunity to open a retail furniture store in Roseville, CA. During the 15 years of operating the store, Randy invested in commercial real estate. This was the beginning of his interest in Real Estate. Randy and his wife, Judy raised two children, John and Sara in Granite Bay and served on many school and sports boards giving him a great understanding of the Placer County communities. After selling his home in Granite Bay, CA. Randy impressed his then listing agent so much that she offered him a position at Coldwell Banker and inspired him to get his Real Estate License. Randy worked for Coldwell Banker for the next three years. In 2009 Randy joined Better Homes Realty where he specializes in assisting buyers and sellers in Placer County area. Although he has sold homes spanning from Lake Tahoe to the San Francisco Bay Area, Placer County is where Randy is an integral part of the community. In 2005, he closed the retail operation and started selling Residential Real Estate full time. Randy enjoys working with first time home buyers as well as those experienced in real estate transactions.
“Randy Kendall recently helped me sell my home in Rocklin, CA. As a recent widow one can imagine how difficult the thought of moving out of my home was for me. Randy was so kind and thorough that I knew he would take the best care of me in my specific situation. I put my trust in him and he delivered over and above making my experience not only seamless but enjoyable. I will forever be grateful for his professionalism and the quality of care he gave to me. “
